At Click to Lift, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered accurately. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (e.g., deciding you no longer want the item)

  • Delayed delivery caused by the courier or customs

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or without the original packaging

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or call +971556676010 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos/videos of the item received, and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, we will either arrange a pick-up or provide return instructions.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so please ensure your return request is approved first.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (not in cash).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty tools, hygiene products)

  • Electronics with broken seals

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
