A. Follow these simple steps to place an order on Click to Lift:

  1. Browse and click on the product you wish to purchase.

  2. Select the “Add to Cart” button.

  3. Add multiple products by visiting different product pages and adding them to your cart.

  4. Once you’re ready, click on “Cart” in the menu.

  5. Scroll down and click on “Proceed to Checkout.”

  6. Enter your billing details and review your order.

  7. Click on the “Place Order” button.

  8. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.


Q. How do I cancel an order on Click to Lift?

A. To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account and cancel it from the Order History.

  • If you ordered as a guest, you can call us during office hours or send an email.

  • You can also cancel during the final confirmation call before shipment.

  • GCC Orders: Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

Q. How can I order an out-of-stock product?
